Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner, learned AGP and learned Advocate for the respondent – State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority.

At the outset, learned Advocate for the petitioner, under instructions, states that in view of the fact that the petitioner has made a representation on 16.01.2026, which is pending before the respondent - Commissioner of Geology and Mining.

In view of above submission, as the petitioner is only seeking his representation to be decided

in accordance with law in each of these petitions, the respondent – Commissioner of Geology and Mining is directed to decide the representation made by the petitioner on 16.01.2026, as early as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of this order and to communicate the decision to the petitioner by way of a speed post.

In view of the above observation, learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petitions.

Permission as prayed for is granted. The present petitions are disposed of as withdrawn . It is clarified that this Court has not gone into merits of the matters.
