He further states that the Authority or the Tribunal, as the case may be, before whom the application will be made by the petitioners may be directed to decide such application in accordance with law.
Permission to withdraw these petitions with a view to avail the remedy as prayed for by the petitioners in accordance

with law is granted. It is clarified that this Court has not examined the merits of the matters and all the rights and contentions of all the parties are kept open. In view of withdrawal of main petitions, connected civil applications also stand disposed of.
