1. By an order dated 03.08.2026, the matter was referred to the Mediation Center, High Court of Gujarat. Pursuant thereto, mediation proceedings were conducted where the matter is amicably settled between the parties on certain terms and conditions to be complied with by both the parties including the condition both the parties have agreed to file an application for divorce by mutual consent under Section

Ahmedabad, within a period of two months from the date of the order and to co-operate each other in the proceedings before the Family Court, Ahmedabad. The report of the Mediator dated 20.08.2026 is on record.

2. In view of the above, on 07.09.2026, learned advocate Ms. Bhakti Joshi for the applicant mentioned through early portal to place the matter on board at the earliest as the matter is amicably settled between the parties and accodingly, the matter is listed today i.e. 08.09.2026.

3. Today, learned advocate Ms. Bhakti Joshi for the applicant submits that under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present application along with the connected applications as the matter is amicably settled between the parties in the Mediation Center, High Court of Gujarat.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is granted. The captioned revision application as well as connected applications stand disposed of as withdrawn.
