After arguing for sometime, when the Court is not inclined, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant upon instructions seeks permission to withdraw the present application since the applicant is also facing GUJCTOC proceedings and is in custody in connection with the same however, has requested to reserve liberty to file fresh application after some reasonable time.
Permission as prayed for is granted. Present application is disposed of as withdrawn. This Court has not examined the merits of the case.
