Learned Advocates for the respective parties would submit that pursuant to interim order of learned Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 11.10.2013, the livestock in question had been handed over to the respondent No.2 herein, upon the respondent depositing an amount of Rs. 25,000/- and executing a surety of Rs.50,000/- as per the said order. Learned Advocate also refers to a communication by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhuj-Kutch dated 15.11.2013 addressing to the petitioner as well as the Investigating Officer informing them that the respondent No.2 has deposited the amount of Rs. 25,000/- and given surety of the amount of Rs.50,000/-, therefore the livestock be released in his favour.
Having regard to the same, more particularly since it appears that the

livestock has already been released in favour of the respondent No.2 in the year 2013, and the orders of the learned Trial Court are implemented, therefore in the considered opinion of this Court, nothing further remains to be done in this petition at this stage. Hence, the present petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
