Mr. YV Vaghela, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a liberty to approach the Collector. It is urged that let the Collector decide the appeal at the earliest. It is submitted that the petitioner has challenged the order of the Deputy Collector immediately i.e. on 29.03.2022 and therefore there was no delay on his part in approaching this Court. It is urged that the said aspect may also be considered by the Collector while entertaining the appeal.
