Learned advocate Mr. Gandhi for the petitioners, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so as to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I in pending Securitization Application No. 177/2021 filed by the petitioners, as this petition was filed in view of the fact that the Presiding Officer of the Debts Recovery Tribunal-I was not available, nor any charge of the same was given to any other officer by the Government.
Without entering into the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed of as withdrawn at this stage.
