At the outset, learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr.Trivedi, has submitted that the matter has become infructuous since the order dated 18.01.2022 has already been passed by the Geologist, Chhota Udepur, whereby he has been imposed the penalty and the petitioner had already paid the same.
When the matter is called out, learned advocate Mr. Ganeshkumar C. Trivedi, appearing for the petitioner has not present. The matter is dismissed for non-prosecution.
