1.Heard Mr. Chintan Champaneri, learned advocate appearing for the writ applicants and Mr. Baiju Joshi, learned advocate appearing for the respondents Nos.1 to 3.

2.Notice came to be issued by this Court on 05.07.2022. It is pointed out to this Court that the election programme was declared on 24.06.2022 to the aforesaid society is to be held on 10.07.2022.

3.With broad consensus of learned advocates appearing for both the sides the election that would be held on 10.07.2022 would be subject to the final outcome of the Lavad Suit No.76 of 2022 which is pending adjudication before the Board of Nominees.
