This contempt proceeding has been initiated for alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in Special Civil Application No.9690 of 2021 whereunder the order which came to be impugned before the learned Single Judge namely order dated 10.09.2020 which was claimed to have been passed without hearing the petitioner came to be quashed and respondents were directed to pass fresh orders after giving opportunity. Accordingly, the opportunity is said to have been furnished and petitioner was heard on

05.09.2022 and an order has been passed on the same day namely on 05.09.2022, a copy of which has been placed on record by the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 and 4 whereunder the claim of petitioner has been rejected.

In that view of the matter, we reserve liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order in the manner known to law and contempt proceeding stands dropped. Miscellaneous Civil Application No.476 of 2022 stands dismissed. Notice stands discharged.
