learned advocate appearing for the contemnors undertook to conclude the election process within a period of three months. However, on account of apprehension expressed by learned advocates appearing for the complainants as well as respondent No.3 that elections required to be held to Chippa Samast Jamat Committee which is a public trust, the assistance of Mr. Chintan Dave, learned AGP was taken who was present in the Court and he submitted that the office of the Charity Commissioner would depute two persons namely, Mr. V.K. Kadia, Office Superintendent, office of the Charity Commissioner, Ahmedabad and Mr. Hardik Patel, Inspector (since the said person is said to have met with road traffic accident, he has been replaced by Mr. R.K. Prajapati, Inspector), Office of the Charity Commissioner, Ahmedabad to oversee the election process of Jamat to be held in respect of eight constituencies. We permitted the undertaking to said effect to be placed on record and accordingly, it was placed and order already extracted hereinabove came to be passed.
