30.3.2022 passed in Special Civil Application Nos. 19117 and 19119 of 2019 whereunder the learned Single Judge has granted stay of the operation, implementation and execution of the orders dated 28.8.2018 and 2.7.2019 passed by the Mamlatdar, Kamrej and Deputy Collector, Kamrej respectively.

Mr. Abhisst K. Thaker, learned advocate appearing for respondent No. 1 would fairly submit that the order of the learned Single Judge be kept in abeyance and time-frame be fixed for disposal of Special Civil Applications which are now pending before the learned Single Judge. This is not opposed to by Mr. S.P. Majmudar, learned advocate appearing for the appellants. Hence placing their submissions on record and requesting the learned Single Judge to expedite the hearing of Special Civil Application Nos. 19117 and 19119 of 2019 preferably within a period of two months from today by keeping in abeyance the order dated 30.3.2022 passed in Special Civil Applications, these appeals stand disposed of. All pending applications stand consigned to records. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and both parties are at liberty to urge all such grounds including the
