[2] In paragraph 2 of the affidavit, it is stated as under:-
"2. I say that in view of the recent affidavit filed by the private respondents and in view of the intervention of the senior members of the family, it is decided between the family that Block No.6 of Village Hanspura, Taluka Asarva, wherein the mutation entry no.2293 and 2294 is mutated in favour of opponent no.1 to 8 is just, legal and proper and it is also decided between the family that opponent no.1 to 8 are the exclusive owners of the subject land. I declare that I have no right, title or interest in the above referred land. Hence, having understood the said factual situation, I do not press the present Letters Patent Appeal and I want to withdraw the above referred appeal."
