Heard Ms. Moxa Thakkar, learned APP for the respondent State through video-conferencing.
This application has been filed by the convict for relief of furlough through jail.
Ms. Moxa Thakkar, learned APP has submitted that the convict has been granted furlough leave subsequently and therefore this application has become infructuous.
In that view of the matter, the application stands disposed of. The convict be informed accordingly through concerned jail.
