have noticed that the son of the petitioner present before us states that he is released by the respondent Nos.4 and 5. Looking the nature of accusation and allegations, we are not inclined to go into such aspect of the matter since presently, we are concerned with the well-being of the corpus since the corpus is now with the petitioner and therefore, we are not inclined to entertain present petition keeping all the rights of both the sides open to be agitated before the competent forum in accordance with law. It is also clarified that whatever observations made by this Court at the instance of the corpus are limited for the purpose of disposal of present petition and it shall not be construed to mean that this Court has made any observations with regard to custody of the petitioner’s son.
