When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr. Hemant Makwana, learned advocate for the petitioner, has submitted that by efflux of time, the present petition has become infructuous and accordingly, has requested the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to apply for revival in case of any difficulty.
To this submission, learned advocate Mr. H.S. Munshaw for respondent no. 3 having no objection, permission as prayed for, is granted.
The present petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty. Rule is discharged.
