It is submitted by Ms.Jani, learned counsel for the petitioner that this matter has become infructuous as it was filed against the impugned interim order passed by the Tribunal and now Reference (IT) No.102 of 1996 has been disposed of by the Tribunal on 26.6.2019.
In view of above, present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous. Rule is discharged. Interim relief, if any, stands vacated. Liberty is reserved for the parties to approach in case of difficulty.
