According to learned advocate for the petitioner the order dated 18.12.2018 passed by the Division Bench of this Court disbursing 50% of the amount has redressed the grievance of the present petitioner substantially. He, therefore, does not intend to continue further with this petition and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with a liberty to file fresh petition in case of any difficulty.
