However, Mr .Nirav Sanghavi, learned advocate appearing for the Anand Municipality – respondent no. 1 under instructions states that the issue in context of the prayer made in the petition has become academic as the respondent no. 6 was elected as a councilor in the year 2015 and the term of the municipality is already over and new body has taken over after the said term. In view of the said statement, the petition has become infructuous and therefore the same is disposed of as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
