This is a matrimonial dispute and both learned counsels have fairly submitted that parties may be advised by them to explore the possibility of amicable settlement through mediation. They may also advise the parties to settle the dispute amicably with the good offices of friends and relatives in the meanwhile. All such bona fide efforts may be made and even the settlement is arrived at, such settlement may be reduced to writing before the Mediator in the Mediation Center annexed to this Court. Hence, present Civil Application No.3729 of 2019 stands
disposed of .
