portal the display is made, states under instruction that, the display was made on the basis of the verification carried out after the communication received by the authority as the issuance of the Udhyog Aadhar Memorandum was based on the information furnished by the applicant while making the application along with the supporting documents. However, it is always open for the authorities to cross check such information and if such information is found wrong, which according to the learned advocate in the present case the authorities have found, and therefore the impugned action has been taken. However, he has instruction to state that the authorities i.e. respondent no.2 will issue show-cause notice stating categorically the reasons for the action taken by the authorities against the petitioner. The petitioner shall also be afforded an opportunity of hearing and all the contentions would be kept open for the petitioner.
