[1] Heard learned advocates for the respective parties through video conferencing.

[2] Rule. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent – State.

[3] By filing this application through jail, the applicant seeks temporary bail on the ground of medical treatment of his mother. In support, the applicant has produced medical case papers.

[4] Having heard learned advocates for the respective parties and taking into consideration (i) the jail record of the applicant (ii) the reason advanced for temporary bail and (iii) the trial in current situation is stalled, this Court is of the opinion that the application requires consideration and the same is allowed. The applicant shall be released on temporary bail for a period of 21 days from the date of his actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousands) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions. During the temporary period, on every Monday, the applicant shall mark

presence before the concerned police station. The applicant to surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail.
