The under-trial prisoner shall be released on temporary bail for a period of 30 days from the date of his actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousands only) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions. The under-trial prisoner shall mark his presence once in a week before the concerned police station between 9.00 a.m to 4 p.m. The under-trial prisoner shall surrender to the Jail Authority after completion of temporary release, without fail. During the period of temporary bail, the under-trial prisoner shall not abuse the liberty granted to him and shall maintain law and order.
