Learned advocate for the petitioners has tendered draft

amendment. The same is allowed in terms of draft. To be carried out forthwith.

By way of this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioners have prayed for compensation for the loss of their cattle pursuant to the natural calamities as per the applicable government notification.

On service of advance copy to the Office of Government Pleader, an exhaustive affidavit-in-reply is filed on behalf of the respondent no.2 wherein it is contended that as per

circular dated 27.04.2015, which is produced at Annexure-R1, petitioners are entitled to the compensation and accordingly, case of the petitioners were considered by the competent authority. It is also contented on behalf of the respondent no.2 that the compensation is paid to the wife of the petitioner however, the petitioner disputed the same stating that the wife of the petitioner received compensation on behalf of her son.

In view of above, if any of the applications of the petitioners are not considered by the respondent-authority than the same shall be considered as per the circular dated 27.04.2015 within a period of six months from today.

The petition stands disposed of accordingly with aforesaid direction.
