These group of petitions stands disposed of on the basis of the broad consensus arrived at between the parties to dispose of the main proceedings pending before the GRT being Appeal No.8811 of 2018 and the other allied matters within a period of four weeks from the receipt writ of the order of this Court.
It is also agreed that till the disposal of the said proceedings before the GRT, both the parties shall maintain status-quo. The stay granted by the GRT at interim stage would continue to operate. The proceedings be decided on its own merits without being influenced by the findings recorded or reasons given at the interim stage.
Both the parties to co-operate so that the proceedings are undertaken expeditiously as per the Schedule fixed by this Court.
