communication dated 06.12.2018 addressed by
respondent No.2 to the advocate along with copy
of the statement of the petitioner. It is
submitted that as per the said statement,
petitioner has no objection for withdrawal of
this petition as the grievance of the petitioner
does not survive.
In view of the said communication, petition
is disposed of as withdrawn. However, liberty is
reserved to the petitioner to revive this
petition in case of any difficulty.
