seeks permission to withdraw these petitions with
a view to file appeal under Section 6 of the
Gujarat Prohibition of Transfer of Immovable
Property and Provisions for Protection of Tenants
from Eviction from premises in Disturbed Areas
Act, 1991, before the appellate authority as well
as application under Section 4 of the said Act
for post-facto permission before the City Deputy
Collector.

and when such appeal and application are filed,
the respective authorities are directed to decide

appeal and application in accordance with law.
