ORAL ORDER
The only prayer sought in the petition was to permit the petitioners to appear in the examination of TAT pursuant to the notification/advertisement dated 12.10.2017. Learned AGP Ms. Jyoti Bhatt appearing for the respondent places on record the letter of the Examination Board, Gandhinagar and submits that the petitioners have already been permitted to appear in the examination held on 27.01.2019 and therefore the present petition has become infructuous. Learned Advocate Mr. Hemang Trivedi appearing for Ms. Mamta Vyas does not dispute the said position.
In that view of the matter, the petition is dismissed as does not survive. Ad-interim relief, if any, stands vacated forthwith.
