In this application under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, applicant has prayed to take cognizance of contempt of order dated 9.5.2018 passed by this Court in Special Criminal Application No. 3316 of 2017 with Criminal Misc. Application No. 1 of 2018 committed by respondents. The said order reads as under:
“ Commissioner of Police shall look into both the applications dated 22.10.2016 and 11.04.2017 and take appropriate action. Though FIR being C.R.No. I – 141 of 2017 registered with Udhna Police Station on 01.10.2017, the same FIR does not disclose the allegations, which have been made by the present petitioner in the above-reffered applications dated 22.10.2016 and 11.04.2017. The Commissioner of Police shall take decision at the earliest.
With the above direction, both the applications stand disposed of. ”

Having heard the learned advocate for the applicant, respondent Nos. 2 and 3 are directed to comply with the oral order dated 9.5.2018 passed in Special Criminal Application No. 3316 of 2017 within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of this order. Non-compliance of this order will expose them to proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
With the above direction, this application is disposed of. Direct service is permitted.
