ORAL ORDER
In this proceeding, a request letter is submitted through the office note dated 5.9.2020, whereby after submitting the progress report of the said proceeding, which was ordered to be disposed of within a time schedule, a request for further extension of time is sought by the Court concerned.
Considering the contents of the letter dated 5.9.2020 and in view of the present pandemic situation, the Court is inclined to consider the request and extend the time for a period of SIX MONTHS from today. To this extension, both learned advocates appearing for the respective parties have no objection.
