The petitioner party-in-person is not present
though the matter is called out twice. It appears
that the earlier the petition was dismissed by the
Court, however, the petitioner appearing party-in-
person having engaged Advocate for restoration of the
petition, the same was restored. It appears that
after restoration of the petition, the petitioner has
not filed Vakalatnama of any Advocate, and he himself
is also not present. Hence, the petition is dismissed
for default.
