Heard learned advocate for the petitioner and learned AGP for the respondent – State.
Learned AGP is in receipt of communication dated 15.03.2018 from the Police Inspector, Shahibaugh Police Station, Ahmedabad City disclosing that till date, there is no proposal for detaining the petitioner with reference to III C. R. No.5255 of 2016 and III C. R. No.5358 of 2017. Copy of the same is to be taken on record. Therefore, this petition is disposed of with an observation that henceforth respondents should not detain the present petitioner for the same set of information, unless they have any additional information or any further details, which are available to them hereinafter only.
With above observation, this petition is disposed of. Rule is discharged. Direct Service is permitted.
