1.By way of preferring this petition the
petitioner seeks following prayer:
“ a. Admit and allow this petition.
b.Issue appropriate writ of mandamus
and/or any other appropriate writ, order
or direction to the respondents to quash
and set aside the order by the Gujarat
Technological University's UFM committee
dated 07.12.2017.
c.Issue appropriate writ of mandamus
and/or any other appropriate writ, order
or direction to the respondents to

reconsider the case of the petitioner on
the quantum of punishment as the
punishment is harsh and excessive.
d.Pending admission, finalhearing and
disposal of this petition, permit the
petitioner to appear in examination to
be held in May, 2018.
e.Grant such other and further relief
as thought fit in the interest of
justice.”
2.Learned advocate, Mr.Chhabaria appearing for
learned advocate, Ms.Kruti Shah appearing for
the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw
the present petition on the ground that
matter has become infructuous. The petitioner
is going to be permitted to appear in the
examination.
3.Permission, as sought for, is granted.
