1.Learned AGP is in receipt of communication by
P.I., Bhaktinagar police station, Rajkot City
copy of which is to be taken on record,
disclosing that there is no proposal to detain
the petitioner.
2.It is clarified that herein after, the
detaining authority shall not detain the
petitioner under the PASA Act on account of
offence/s registered vide FIR being C.R. No.212
of 2017 with Bhaktinagar police station.
3.However, it is also made clear that now
considering the fact that there is offence/s
registered against the petitioner, respondents
are restrained from detaining the petitioner of
same FIR/s, unless they have any additional
information or any further details, which are

available to them hereinafter only.
4.In view of such disclosure, the present
petition at pre-detention stage does not survive
and hence, it is disposed of accordingly. Rule is
made absolute. Direct service is permitted.
