(B) Be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction and be pleased to quash and set aside the impugned order passed by the learned Gujarat Primary Education Tribunal on 18th November, 2003 in Application No. 89 of 1999 and further be pleased to declare that the respondent no. 2 is recognized school and bound to pay salaries as per the norms declared by the Government from time to time.
(C) Pending admission, hearing and final disposal of the petition, Your Lordships may be pleased to stay the implementation, execution and operation of the order passed by the learned Gujarat Primary Education Tribunal on 18th November, 2003 in Application No. 89 of 1999 and further be pleased to restrain the respondents from

restraining the petitioner from discharging her duties as Teacher with respondent no. 2 school and further be pleased to direct the respondent no. 2 to pay regular salaries to the petitioner.
