In view of such order, while it is open for the petitioner to question the order dated 28.6.2018, if he is so advised, it cannot be said that there is willful and deliberate violation of the order dated 7.7.2016.
The application is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to question the order dated 28.6.2018.
