1.This Misc. Civil Application is filed

under the provisions of the Contempt of Courts
Act, 1971, alleging that the respondents have
violated the directions issued by this Court in
the order dated 5.10.2016 passed in Special Civil
Application No.18493 of 2015.

2.In the aforesaid order, there was a

direction for payment of certain amounts, which

were due on account of extending the benefit of
first higher grade scale, from the date on which
such benefit became due to them, instead of the
date on which they cleared/passed the L.R.Q.
examination.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel

appearing for the applicants and learned
Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the
respondents that, during the pendency of this

application, the respondents have already
implemented the order and paid necessary amounts
by issuing individual cheques. In that view of
the matter, we are of the view that, it is not a
fit case to proceed further under the provisions
of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. But, at the
same time, if there is an calculation error or

any further amounts are due on account of
incorrect calculation, this will not preclude the
applicants from filing necessary representation.
If any such representation is filed, we are sure
thats the respondents will look into the matter
