This first appeal is of the year 2017. It has been adjourned time to time right from 23.06.2017. Most of the time, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant was on a sick note. Once time was prayed for to supply relevant papers. On 06.12.2017, a coordinate bench recorded an order that even in the second round, the learned advocate for the applicant was not present nor any mention was made on his behalf. The appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Later, it came to be restored to its original file. Today also none is present. Hence, dismissed.
