On 15.10.2018, the Court passed below quoted
order:-
“Ms. Shivani Vyas, learned advocate for Mr.Parth Bhatt,
learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the first
conviction appeal proceedings are pending before the Supreme
Court in which themoot question is that of Section 67 statement
which issue is in fact referred to the Larger Bench of Supreme
Court and she places on record the status report for the same
and seeks time. In view thereof, the request for time is
granted. At her request, matters are kept on 20th November
2018.”
2.Today also, learned advocate for Narcotic
Control Bureau submitted that Appeal against

first conviction is pending before Hon'ble Apex
Court. He further submitted that one of the
issues involved in the Appeal is referred to
Larger Bench.
3. Having regard to the said submission and also in light of the request by learned advocate, proceedings are adjourned.
