Heard Ms. A. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. D. Borah, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents.

This writ petition was filed against the orders dated 10.11.2022 and 12.10.2022, issued by the Child Development Project Officer(CDPO), Nayeralga ICDS Project, Bilasipara, and the District Social Welfare Officer, Dhubri, respectively, whereby, the 8 No. Middle Andamari AWC was proposed to be shifted at Choudhurir Char 1026 No. M.V. School.

3. Ms. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that this matter has become infructuous as the 8 No. Middle Andamari AWC has been retained at its original place. She, therefore, prays that this writ petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous.

4. In view of the submissions as made above by Ms. Ahmed, learned counsel for the petitioner, and not objected to by Mr. Borah, learned Government Advocate for the respondents, the writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
