Heard Ms. B. Choudhury, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioners. Also heard Mr. B. K. Das, learned Standing Counsel, Railways.

Mr. B. K. Das, learned counsel, on instructions has submitted that the petitioners in the above noted writ petitions have been given a rebate with regard to the license fee, as well as an extension for further period of 10(ten) months, which period has also lapsed.

The said submissions made by Mr. B. K. Das, is not objected to by Ms. B. Choudhury, learned counsel for the petitioners, who further submits that the petitioners have no further grievance in the matter.

In view of the above submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties and the grievance of the petitioners having being redressed by the respondents, the issues arising in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, the above noted writ petitions stand dismissed on having become infructuous.
