Ms. R Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that taking into account that there are certain disputed questions of fact involved, the petitioner would be well advised to approach the competent Court of Civil Jurisdiction.

Ms. PR Mahanta, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Mr. J Handique, the learned Government Advocate, Assam appears on behalf of respondent Nos.3 to 6.

Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

The withdrawal of the writ petition shall not preclude or prejudice the petitioners to available remedies before a competent Court of Civil Jurisdiction, if so permissible under the law.
