Mr. C. Modi, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the writ petition has become infructuous in view of the fact that the work pursuant to the impugned NIT dated 15.11.2025 for construction of OR’s accommodation (02 Nos of Jawan Barak) at Maja BOP of 10th Battalion, Kimin (Balance work) has already been completed, however, he prays that he may be allowed to avail the appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
