The matter pertains to fresh notice inviting tender dated 08.07.2023 for construction of Government Quarters at Yupia, Sagalee and Mengio.
Since, the NIT was of the year 2023 for constructions of the Government Quarters, it appears that the same might have been completed therefore, the petitioner appears to be no longer interested to pursue the matter. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
