Mr. M. K. Choudhury, the learned Senior counsel assisted by Mr. M. Sarma, the learned counsel submits that taking into account that the Respondent No.1 has been wrongly impleaded and the Finance Department has not been made as a party in the instant proceedings and further certain additional information have been received, the Petitioners would like to withdraw the writ petition and liberty be granted to file a fresh one by removing the defects.

Taking into account the above, the writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.

Liberty is given to the Petitioners to file afresh.
