Mr. A Pator, learned counsel, appearing on instructions of Mr. J Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner desires not to press the present writ petition any further and accordingly, he prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.
Ms. P Barua, learned Standing counsel, Assam Tourism Development Corporation, i.e., the respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 4 does not object to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
