Heard Mr. K R Patgiri, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. R Boro, learned Standing counsel, Accountant General, Assam and Mr. B Bora, learned Standing counsel, BTC.

Mr. K R Patgiri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the life time arrears with regard to the pension receivable by the parents of the petitioner, has since been authorized to him. Accordingly, Mr. Patgiri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition.

Prayer is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed on withdrawal.
