Heard Mr. A. Deka learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. P. K. Borah, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petitioner does not wish to press the petitioner any further. The learned counsel also submits that in view of the order dated 16th June, 2026 issued by the Director of Elementary Education, whereby the claim of the petitioner stood rejected, the petitioner seeks liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the said impugned order as well.
Mr. P. K. Borah, learned Standing Counsel, Elementary Education does not object to the prayer made.
