connected writ petition, i.e. WP(C) No. 3181/2022 with liberty to institute a fresh writ petition in the event the respondents fail to extend the pensionary benefits claimed by the writ petitioner.

The learned counsels appearing for the respondents do not oppose the prayer made in the application.

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties and upon perusal of the materials available on record, this Court finds no impediment in allowing the prayer.

Accordingly, the interlocutory application stands allowed.

Consequently, the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 3181/2022, stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to institute a fresh writ petition, if so advised, in the event the respondents fail to extend the pensionary benefits to the writ petitioner.
