This order was brought to the notice of the Registrar (Judicial) for necessary compliance.

Accordingly, the parties to appear before the Gauhati High Court, Mediation Centre on 19.09.2025.

As per the mediation report dated 18.12.2025, it was confirmed by the Advocates on both sides before the Mediator that the petitioner had received the outstanding amount claimed from the respondent, and accordingly the Mediation Case No. 312/2025 in respect of the present matter, came to be close.

Since the parties have appeared and submitted before the Court that the dispute has been resolved and the amount has received. No further cause survived in the writ petition.
